Brazil’s top Free Fire teams experienced contrasting outcomes as a new 4×4 “Clash Squad” mode debuted at the Free Fire World Series – Global Finals 2025.
Team Fluxo secured a dominant 2-0 victory, advancing directly to the semifinals of the new tournament segment. Meanwhile, E1 Esports suffered a 2-1 loss, relegating them to a playoff round where they must triumph to progress.
The new “Clash Squad” mode is played separately from the traditional Battle Royale format, offering a distinct title and a US$150,000 prize pool, according to Garena. It functions as an eliminatory phase within the overall global finals.
Fluxo, considered a favorite, bested Vietnam’s GOW team in a decisive 2-0 match, earning their automatic semifinal berth.
