Renowned filmmaker Quentin Tarantino has directed an original animated sequel to his iconic “Kill Bill” series, set to debut exclusively within the popular video game Fortnite.
Epic Games announced the unique crossover, revealing that Tarantino himself oversaw the direction, script, and editing for “The Lost Chapter: Yuki’s Revenge.” This marks a significant foray for the acclaimed director into the world of interactive entertainment.
The animation is presented as a direct continuation of the “Kill Bill” universe. It focuses on the character Yuki Yubari, placing her at the center of the narrative.
“Yuki’s Revenge” is scheduled to premiere on November 30 at 7:00 PM UTC. A digital lobby for the event will open 30 minutes before the official start time.
As part of the collaboration, players accessing Fortnite between November 27 at 2:00 PM UTC and December 1 at 2:00 PM UTC will automatically receive the Yuki Yubari outfit for free.

The animated sequence was produced entirely within the Unreal Engine. This demonstrates the game engine’s capabilities for creating sophisticated cinematic content.
Tarantino’s original “Kill Bill” films followed Beatrix Kiddo, also known as The Bride. She seeks revenge after waking from a four-year coma following an attack on her wedding day.
