Former Afghan intelligence agents in trouble in India

Dozens of people belonging to the Afghan intelligence agency NDS or Afghan Special Forces protested in front of the US embassy in the Indian capital, Delhi, yesterday.

According to Afghan journalists, most of them were in India for army and intelligence training before the fall of Kabul, but after the fall of Ashraf Ghani’s government, they were trapped there.

Officials outside the US embassy said the US government should help them because they could not return to Afghanistan and had no future in India.

Participants claimed that some of their comrades had been killed after returning to Afghanistan, so we do not want to return to the country, so the US authorities should help us move to a safer country.
