Foggia’s first pole

Primera pole de Foggia

Dennis Foggia has needed up to 79 GPs to achieve his first World Championship pole in Moto3, but he already has it. It has arrived at the French GP and the Italian has achieved it ahead of suzuki, thus completing a fantastic one-two for Leopard Racing. Jaume Masiá, for his part, will be the one closing the third row.

The second row has been left to the rookie Moreira, who continues to surprise in his brilliant World Cup start, Tatay and Migno. The third is very bright, because García and Guevara have been framed in it, as seventh and eighth. Aspar’s pupils are two of the category’s roosters and their boss had to give them a serious touch after the Indonesian race, which Foggia won, so they don’t bother each other unnecessarily during the race. Both have the same options and there are no team orders in their box, but with respect and without bothering and attacking each other when it’s not their turn.

Together with the two Aspar drivers, Ricardo Rossi will start on the third row. Further back, Holgado 14th, Artigas 15th, Fernández 21st, Rueda 24th, Ortolá 25th and Carrasco 30th.

It must be remembered that García leads this race with a 21-point advantage over Foggia, the driver who instilled the most fear in the first races of the season, but who is now forced to start to come back.
