A Reckless Decision

The Attack

The crocodile suddenly attacked, biting his arm and refusing to let go. It then dragged him underwater, biting his thigh and rolling him around multiple times.
The attack lasted about 30 minutes before a zoo handler intervened, throwing a concrete block at the crocodile’s head to distract it.

Aftermath

The man suffered severe injuries, including deep wounds on his arm and thigh. He received over 50 stitches at the hospital.
The victim later stated he thought the crocodile was a statue and acknowledged his actions were reckless and put others at risk.
