Fernando Alonso is gearing up for the 2025 Formula 1 season in his own unique way. The two-time world champion doesn’t seem to be slowing down, and it’s pretty impressive, to be honest. Just a few days ago, he was having a blast with a carcross from the Past team, taking on dirt roads and pushing his limits. And now, he’s back on track, quite literally.
This time around, Alonso decided to test his skills at his own museum in Asturias, which, might I add, is an incredible setting for any racing enthusiast. He shared the track with Diego Ruiloba, a renowned Spanish rally pilot who was recently signed by Alonso’s representation agency, A14 Management. The two of them were spotted rolling with karts on a wet asphalt track, and Alonso even managed to sneak in some ‘horses’ – a term used to describe a particular driving maneuver that requires a great deal of skill and control.
In Wet Conditions
As Alonso showcased on his Instagram, the wet track provided the perfect conditions for him to test his driving skills and have some fun. With two karts at their disposal, Alonso and Ruiloba were able to push themselves to the limit, and it’s clear that they both have a deep passion for racing. The fact that Alonso can still manage to perform such impressive maneuvers, even in wet conditions, is a testament to his exceptional driving abilities.
As the hours tick by, Alonso is getting ready to head to London, where he’ll be joining Lance Stroll at Aston Martin for the joint presentation of all F1 teams at the stadium 02 on Tuesday. It’s going to be an exciting event, and fans are eagerly waiting to see what the new season has in store for their favorite teams and drivers. For now, though, it’s great to see Alonso doing what he loves, and we can’t help but wonder what other surprises he has in store for us in the coming months.
