Federico Insúa won a trial against Boca

Boca must compensate former soccer player Federico “Pocho” Insúa, with a past at the club and currently as a member of Fernando Gago’s coaching staff at Racing, due to a debt originating from an old transfer abroad.

Specific, Chamber III of the National Chamber of Labor condemned Boca to pay Insúa just under 130 thousand dollars plus five percent annual interest counted from September 13, 2013 as a result of a claim by the former soccer player because Boca never paid him 15% of the economic rights that corresponded to him when it was sold to Borussia Mönchengladbach of Germany in mid-2006, under the presidency of Mauricio Macri.
