Fearing a plane crash, US officials panicked and Biden moved to safety

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Fear of a plane crash has sent shockwaves through US officials, with security officials evacuating Biden and his wife from their coastal home.

The White House said on Saturday that a small private plane had accidentally entered the no-fly zone by mistake, and the White House said the plane flew over a restricted airspace over President Biden’s Beach House. He and the first lady were immediately evacuated.

After the incident, reports of US President Joe Biden’s negligence began to surface, the White House said, adding that a plane had suddenly entered the “no-fly zone”, prompting security agencies to be alerted.

The incident took place at Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. A White House official said the president and his wife were safe and had not been attacked. The official said Joe Biden and his wife Jill Biden later returned to her residence.

The Pentagon said in a statement that the plane had “accidentally entered a safe area” and that the pilot was not on the appropriate radio channel and was not following instructions.

According to the US Secret Service, the pilot will be questioned about the incident.
