London: A booster dose was given to British Prime Minister Boris Johnson to protect him from Omekron variant.
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has announced a booster dose of the vaccine to prevent Corona’s new variant, Omekron, he reported on the social networking site Twitter.
Boris Johnson shared a video on Twitter in which he could be seen taking a booster dose.
The British Prime Minister wrote in the caption, “They have given a booster dose. You should give a booster dose as soon as possible after the dose of the vaccine.”
“The booster dose will help protect us from Corona,” he said.

“Whether we’re impressed with the new variant or not, we shouldn’t ignore Corona’s booster dose because it’s so important to us that people apply it as soon as possible,” Johnson said.
In view of the threat posed by the new variant Omicron, the United Kingdom has imposed air travel bans on ten countries, including Angola, Mozambique, Malawi, South Africa and others.
The UK has made the RTPCR report mandatory for everyone coming from abroad.
