FC Porto and Sporting Braga have announced their starting lineups ahead of their highly anticipated clash in Portugal’s top-tier football league on Sunday.
The two prominent clubs are set to face off in the 10th round of the Portuguese Liga. Kick-off is scheduled for 8:30 PM local time at FC Porto’s Estádio do Dragão.
FC Porto, under coach Francesco Farioli, revealed a starting XI featuring Diogo Costa in goal. The defense includes Alberto, Jan Bednarek, Jakub Kiwior, and Francisco Moura.
Alan Varela, Victor Froholdt, and Rodrigo Mora are set to control the midfield. Upfront, William Gomes, Pepê, and Samu will lead the attack.
Sporting Braga, coached by Carlos Vicens, countered with Lukas Hornicek as goalkeeper. Their defensive line consists of Víctor Gómez, Gustaf Lagerbielke, and Arrey-Mbi.
The midfield will be anchored by Dorgeles, Grillitsch, Gorby, and Leonardo Lelo. Ricardo Horta, Rodrigo Zalazar, and Pau Víctor will spearhead Braga’s offensive efforts.
FC Porto’s substitute bench includes Cláudio Ramos, Stephen Eustáquio, Gabri Veiga, Pablo Rosario, Borja, Dominik Prpic, Deniz Gül, Angel Alarcón, and Martim Fernandes.
