Orhan Awatramani, widely known as Orry, is currently embroiled in a significant drug case investigation. This comes as Mumbai Police have issued a summons for the social media influencer for questioning.
The case involves an alleged $252 million drug trafficking operation. Orry was initially scheduled to appear for interrogation on Thursday but has requested an extension until November 25.
Despite facing serious legal scrutiny, Orry has maintained an active presence on social media. He recently shared a comedic video with actress Urvashi Rautela on Instagram, drawing considerable public attention.

The video, which Orry described as his “new short film,” portrays a mock-charitable encounter. In it, he stops Rautela, offers her tea, and hands her a 100 Rupee note, equivalent to approximately $1.20 USD.
He then serves her tea at his home. The video concludes with Orry offering Rautela a tissue, stating “something is in your eye.”
Orry’s voiceover for the video claims he “saw a woman begging on the street” and “gave her money.” He added, “Seeing my behavior and compassion, tears came to her eyes,” indicating the humorous premise.

Several public figures reacted to the video online. Actress Malaika Arora and Bhumi Pednekar were among those who commented.
Neha Malik, another social media personality, remarked that the concept was “very old.” Karan Singh Chhabra humorously called Orry an “angel.”

Orry’s involvement in the drug case emerged during the interrogation of Mohammed Salim Mohammed Suhail Sheikh. Sheikh is a drug trafficker who was recently deported from the United Arab Emirates.
Sheikh provided authorities with details about rave parties. He claimed these events were attended by numerous A-list Bollywood celebrities, figures from the fashion industry, and individuals from political families.
During questioning, Sheikh specifically named Orry. He also reportedly disclosed connections to organized crime figure Dawood Ibrahim.
