Formula 1 is preparing to live the longest calendar in its history. After the last year expanded the list to 22 grand prix, the 2022 season will add one to the repertoire to complete a total of 23 races that will start on March 20 in Bahrain to, exactly eight months later, lower the blind on the legendary Abu Dhabi track. It will be the ninth consecutive season in which the Yas Marina layout puts an end to a year, which will introduce Miami to the touroy that will make its traditional stop in Montmeló from May 20 to 22, right after the first visit to the American continent.
