La Velada del Año 4 is set to introduce a unique boxing format, dubbed “King of the Track.” This innovative format will feature 10 competitors in a series of one-on-one fights, with each match lasting just one minute.
King of the Track Format
The format, adapted from WWE’s Royal Rumble style, will see fighters enter the ring in an unknown order, with no traditional rounds. Instead, judges will determine a winner after each minute-long bout, and the loser will be eliminated to make way for the next opponent. The fight will continue until only one competitor remains.
Contestants
A total of 10 streamers will initially take part in the “King of the Track” fight at the Santiago Bernabéu. The participants include:
- Roberto Cein, a Mexican streamer with nearly two million followers on Twitch
- Aldogeo, a Mexican streamer with over a million followers on Twitch
- Folagor, a Spanish Pokémon content streamer with over 1.5 million followers on Twitch
- Karchez, a Spanish streamer with over one million followers on Twitch
- Pelicanger, a Colombian streamer with over two million followers on YouTube and president of Atlético Parceros in the Kings League Americas
- Steps, a Spanish TikToker with over two million followers
- Unicorn, an Argentine streamer with over one million followers on Twitch
- Skain, a Spanish streamer part of Movistar KOI and a former professional League of Legends player
- Sezar Blue, a YouTuber with over half a million followers
- Will (The Soccer Balls), a Dominican Republic streamer part of Los Futbolitos and leader of a team in the Kings League Americas
Adaptive Format
To ensure fairness, all streamers will have at least two fights, lasting two minutes each. However, if one streamer is knocked out, they will no longer be able to participate to prevent possible injuries.
