Samsung has an event scheduled for October 20th and some rumors suggested that we could see the long-awaited Galaxy S21 FE.
Now, some sources suggest that the phone not only won’t be released that day, instead, it won’t arrive until January 2022.
It’s not the first time we’ve heard that the Galaxy S21 FE will be released next year, but after Samsung’s announcement of a Galaxy Unpacked Part 2, some were waiting for the phone announcement at the event.
A tweet from Ross Young, CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants, says that The Galaxy S21 FE will likely not be released next week.
The Galaxy S21 FE will be a more affordable version of the Galaxy S21. It will have a Snapdragon 888 processor, but there will likely be an Exynos version judging by a list from Geekbench.
The phone will also have an AMOLED 1080p display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a centered hole for a 32MP camera. At the rear, there will be three vertically oriented cameras.
