European Champion Jorginho Leaves Arsenal After Two Seasons

Jorginho’s time at Arsenal has come to an end. The 33-year-old Italian-Brazilian midfielder took to social media to bid farewell to the Gunners, expressing his gratitude to the team and fans.

He said, “Sometimes a season is bigger than football, it’s about moments, people, and being part of something bigger.” Jorginho felt valued at Arsenal, whether he played from the bench or as a starter – a rare feeling in football.

Jorginho’s next move is expected to be to Flamengo in Brazil, marking his first football venture in the country. He thanked his teammates, coaches, and fans, saying goodbye with his “head held high.”
