ETH, XRP, ADA, and most crypto down, apecoin continues to rise

Bitcoin (BTC) was still consolidating around USD 39,500 this morning, but now seems to be losing traction. However, most altcoins fall even harder. Despite a small rebound yesterday morning, the total market cap of all cryptocurrencies is down 1% today to $1.89 trillion.

Ethereum drops 1.5%

Ethereum (ETH) rose as high as $2930 yesterday morning, but quickly lost traction here and then dipped to $2,860. ETH made a big bounce and then peaked around $2,975. However, ETH was rejected here and steadily declined throughout the rest of the night, consolidating around $2,920 this morning. However, the price is currently also losing grip on this and ETH to $2,890 with which it is 1.5% in the minus.

BNB, DOGE, ADA in the minus

Binance coin (BNB) made another big jump yesterday morning, but is currently falling back towards $400, putting the price down 1%. Dogecoin (DOGE) made a significant spike this morning, but is now correcting back to $0.137, bringing the price down 2.2%. Cardano (ADA) was fluctuating wildly yesterday, failing to hold on to USD 0.85. ADA now drops to $ 0.83 with which the price is 2.8% in the minus.

XRP, SOL, SHIB, DOT, AVAX, LUNA are falling sharply

Ripple (XRP) is currently down to $0.63, down 3.2%. Solana (SOL) is also down 3.2%, dropping to $97. Shiba inu (SHIB) is also down 3.2%, falling to $0.0000227. Polkadot (DOT) fails to hold onto USD 17 and is down 4% to USD 16.6. Avalanche (AVAX) is already down 5.2% and is currently falling below $67. Terra (LUNA) is even down 6% and currently stands at around $86.

Crypto top 100 hardest fallers

Fantom (FTM), maker (MKR), chain (CXN), arweave (AR) and harmony (ONE) are also all down 6% or more today. Zcash (ZEC) and near (NEAR) are down 7% and aave (AAVE) down 8%. Thorchain (RUNE), zilliqa (ZIL), axie infinity (AXS) and waves (WAVES) are nearly 9% in the red. Stepn (GMT) is down almost 10% and the graph (GRT) is down as much as 11.5% today.

Crypto top 100 hardest risers

However, there are a few exceptions. For example, radix (RDX) is currently rising by almost 2%. Tron (TRX) just made a big jump and is up 7.5%. Apecoin (APE) continues to rise and, despite a correction last night, the price is still 11% in the plus. NEXO (NEXO) made a huge jump this morning with which the price is even 12% in the plus.
