“The EOLO-KOMETA team and the Alberto Contador Foundation must face the challenge of evolving and growing for the coming seasons. The great performance in terms of results during the months of April and May, which ended with the victory of Davide Bais in the stage of the Giro d’Italia that ended in the Gran Sasso, has made us focus on our project and on the next Steps.
Our sporting future and that of the Alberto Contador Foundation is established and guaranteed. However, we need a main sponsor that allows us to continue taking steps forward, to face new horizons with ambition and become one of the best teams in the Continental Professional category (ProTeam), always with the aim of reaching the World Tour and competing in the best races like the Tour de France. It is time to find new travel companions to help us in this project, which has already been in existence for a decade.
Our structure and the sports teams of EOLO-KOMETA and the Alberto Contador Foundation are attractive, serious, ambitious, professional, committed and with enormous potential. But it is not enough for us to keep what we want to achieve. We want to look further. We must not lose our essence, but we have to move on and keep aiming for the best.
