Enric Mas already has a date to debut in a 2023 season in which he hopes to show the great level of the last races of 2022, when he managed to finish second in the Tour of Spain and in the Giro de Lombardyin addition to winning the Giro dell’Emilia against Tadej Pogacar.
Mas will ride in the next edition of the Vuelta a Andalucía (February 15-19) after deciding to change his initial planning for this start of the season, since the SPANISH cyclist had planned to compete in some of the Mallorca Challenge trophies, although he finally made a concentration in the Sierra Nevada mountains with Carlos Verona, Nelson Oliveira and the already retired Alejandro Valverde among others
Precisely Oliveira will be another of the members of Movistar’s ‘7’ for the Tour of Andalusia in a high-level line-up completed by Rubén Guerreiro, Gonzalo Serrano, Gorka Izagirre, Iván García Cortina and Sergio Samitier. Mas, the leader of Movistar, will start shooting in Andalusia in search of a successful 2023 for him and the team.
