ENGW vs. INDW: The Indian women’s cricket team gave a grand farewell to its oldest member, Jhulan Goswami, at Lord’s Cricket Ground. India thrashed England in Goswami’s farewell match. The two England wickets went out for just 34 runs.
Jhulan Goswami struck twice
Ending his legendary career spanning two decades, fast bowler Jhulan Goswami, playing his farewell match, took England’s third wicket. He made Alice Capsi his victim. Capsi scored only 5 runs and was caught by Harleen Deol from Goswami’s ball. The Indian team celebrated this wicket fiercely.
