Employers must submit the Fixed Personnel Return before January 15, 2023, according to the Ministry of Labor

The Ministry of Labor reminds all employers to submit to the General Directorate of Labor (DGT), the Permanent Personnel Form (DGT-3) within the first January 15, 2023.

The Permanent Personnel Forms will be renewed annually and will be deposited with the General Directorate of Labor no later than January 15, in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of Regulation 258-93 for the application of the Labor Code.

The Ministry of Labor establishes that for the renewal it is essential to update the data of the company and establishmentsin order to continue with the registration in the system.

The document must be registered through the electronic address https://ovi.mt.gob.do where I know register your workers in the establishment where you are providing services.

The agency informs that once they are sure that the information contained in the form is correct, they must proceed to make the corresponding payment through one of these two ways: carry out an electronic transaction with a credit or debit card or acquire a PIN at one of its Local Work Representatives and proceed with the final registration.

For registrations of new companies or employers, the following procedure must be followed: Enter the address https://ovi.mt.gob.do and press the new company option to create the user.

Once the user has been created and following the steps of the system, they will complete the data of the company and the establishment.

As soon as the registration of the workers has been completed and their DGT-3 sent, it will generate the amount to be paid. The method of payment will be made as indicated above.

The Ministry of Labor informs you that, after the period of the first fifteen days of January and the employer has not complied with this legal mandate, he will be subject to the criminal labor sanctions contemplated in the Labor Code.
