Emirates announces resumption of flights to Saudi Arabia and St. Petersburg

Abu Dhabi: Emirates Airlines has announced that it will resume its services to Saudi Arabia from September 11 and to St. Petersburg, Russia from October 8, 2021.

According to the Emirates website, Emirates Airlines will start 24 weekly flights to Saudi Arabia from Saturday, including daily flights to the capital Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, and three weekly flights to Medina.

Flights to Riyadh will double from September 16, while plans are afoot to increase the number of other gateways by the end of September.

From October 8, flights between Dubai and the Russian city of St. Petersburg will operate four times a week, the airline will increase its daily flights from October 21.

All flights on Boeing 777 will operate in 3 class order, Emirates Flight EK173 and 174 will operate on Monday, Wednesday and Friday while EK175 and 176 will operate on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
