The American CalHeat San Francisco will represent North America and the Caribbean at the October IHF Super Globe in Saudi Arabia. Fremont’s team has won the triangular tournament with another American team, New York, and another Mexican team, Ministers, who were trying to get that place given by the International Federation to promote handball in developing areas.
CalHeat won both games and will be in the Super Globe as an award that has been celebrated by a team that, due to the position of the squad, is totally multinational, with two names that Spanish fans should know: Andrew Donlin, and Eloy Rubio.
Donlin, a beach and track international with the United States, has played two seasons in Asobal with Ademar, who would have renewed him, but the pivot is a soldier hired by his country who has claimed him.
