Elon Musk Changed Twitter Profile Picture To A ‘Bored Apes’ Group

Musk appears not to have bought the Bored Apes

Michael Bouhanna, a digital art specialist at Sotheby’s, was quick to respond to Musk’s move. Bouhannaa shared a screenshot of Musk’s profile picture on Twitter. He then tweeted (jokingly) whether Elon Musk would like to remove the photo he designed, suggesting that Mr. Musk had not bought the NFTs.

Elon Musk has since tweeted: “I don’t know…seems a bit fungible”.

Since Musk updated his profile picture on Twitter, more than 10 Bored Apes have already been sold. Also, the floor price has risen by more than 10 ETH.
