Riyadh: The names of Hajj pilgrims from Saudi Arabia have been announced through e-draw.
According to the details, the Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia, Dr. Abdul Fattah Mushat said that this year, those who applied for Hajj from within the kingdom have been selected through lottery.
According to the Deputy Minister, about 300,000 people from within the country have applied for Hajj this year, out of which 217,000 applications were as per the conditions. Will be notified by S.
He said that the candidates whose names have been drawn in the lottery will be given 48 hours to complete the Hajj process and pay the amount of Hajj package, after which Hajj permits will be issued.
According to the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the lowest number of pilgrims under the age of 20 from within the country this year and those aged 51 to 65 will be 12 per cent. 97,044 applications were received for Hajj, out of which 62% were men and 38% were women. These requests were sent through the Atemarna app and the ministry’s e-gate.
This year, the tents in Mina, Muzdalifah and Arafat have provided all the modern conveniences to the pilgrims from within the country, while the tents that have been prepared for the banquet package are in the hotel rooms. As is the case, every facility has been taken care of for the convenience of the pilgrims in each tent.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has introduced three packages for Hajj from within the country this year, including ‘Mina Towers’, ‘Ziafia One’ and ‘Ziafa Two’.
The package of Mina Towers was 14,737 riyals which has been reduced from 794 riyals to 13,943 riyals, whereas the price of ‘Ziafa One’ package was 13,000 riyals, it was reduced to 11,970 riyals, the third package ‘Ziyafa Two’ has been reduced from 10,238 riyals to 9,098 riyals.
