Techland has launched a new loyalty program and substantial Black Friday discounts across its “Dying Light” franchise, offering players opportunities to acquire its latest title, “Dying Light: The Beast,” at reduced prices.
The promotional period runs from November 18 to December 2, targeting both new and existing fans of the decade-old series. These global offers are available on nearly all platforms.
“Dying Light: The Beast” is described as the franchise’s highest-rated game, boasting over 40 hours of gameplay in both single-player and co-operative modes. Players and critics have lauded its scope, atmosphere, and innovation, identifying it as the year’s ultimate survival horror experience.
This Black Friday event marks the game’s sole announced price reduction for the upcoming year, 2025.
As part of the Dying Light Loyalty Program, players who own “Dying Light” and/or “Dying Light 2: Stay Human” can receive a 25% discount on “Dying Light: The Beast.”
Additionally, anyone owning any “Dying Light” game, including “Dying Light: The Beast,” will receive a 25% promotional coupon to share with a friend. This coupon is for the Steam version of the game and can be found and redeemed through the Dying Light Outpost website.
The broader Black Friday sale includes a 20% discount on “Dying Light: The Beast” for all players. This offer is accessible on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation platforms via major digital storefronts like Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox, and PlayStation Store.
Further discounts are also available on the original “Dying Light” and “Dying Light 2: Stay Human,” allowing players to explore the series’ complete story.
Techland stated these initiatives are a gesture of gratitude to the community for its decade of support and dedication.
The studio plans further content for “Dying Light: The Beast” later this year, including a New Game+ mode, Legend Levels for endgame progression, and an extremely challenging Nightmare difficulty, enhancing the title’s replayability.
