“Dominican Mami” makeup brand of a young Dominican entrepreneur

Inspired by the colors of the Dominican Republic, the makeup brand Yiselis Fermín Cosmetics launched the “Dominican Mami” collection, which seeks to enhance tropical beauty.

According to its creator, Yiselis Fermín, the collection, which is “inspired by our beautiful Quisqueya”, has a nine-color shadow palettewhich were chosen based on tropical hues and have names that represent Dominican slang, such as "teating", "klk", "prude"among others.

“From a packing, which reflects the colors, flora, fauna and cultural elements, to the vibrant and timeless colors of the palettes and lipsticks” are a sample of the beauty that the country has and that motivated the entrepreneur to create the collection.

The brand can be acquired both in the local and international market. “Our formulas provide luxury for everyone, as we have affordable prices with products that are affordable, cruelty-free and 100% vegan,” said Fermín.

In addition to the palette, it includes several eyelashes and two matte lipsticks: “Mamacita”, wine red, and “Ofrezcome”, super powerful red. “All the products are ultra-pigmented and hyper-creamy.”

“Dominican mami” has three models of eyelashes for all tastes, ranging from natural to dramatic: “Agallú”, “Bandida” and “Popi”.

“The main pillars when designing this collection were God, my design team and my family, who always advised me or gave me their opinion on what I should add or remove,” said Fermín, noting that he received the support of SDR Media Group in the creative process.
