Launch of Starship
Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, has repeatedly detailed the design and functions of “Starship,” highlighting its potential to carry both cargo and people to Mars. At the SpaceX facilities on the south coast of Texas, Starship, the most powerful rocket ever built, is ready for its first launch. The company aims to launch at 8am CT (9am ET) on Monday, though the launch could happen anytime between 8am CT and 9:30am CT.
In the run-up to the launch, Elon Musk announced on Twitter that the moment is near. Sydney Ifergan, CEO of The Currency Analytics, commented that he is looking forward to launching “Starship” with a giant Dogecoin logo and that the space just got a little more fun and memestic.
