Divya Dutta has never been one to shy away from speaking her mind. In a recent interview, the 47-year-old Bollywood actress opened up about her personal life, including why she’s never tied the knot.
For Dutta, it’s all about finding the right partner. She believes that until you find someone who truly understands and connects with you, there’s no point in rushing into marriage. “I think you should only get married when you find someone who is meant to be your partner,” she said. “Otherwise, it’s better to take care of yourself. Many men are drawn to me, but a relationship only works when you genuinely connect with someone.”
Dutta’s stance on marriage is unapologetically honest. She’s not interested in settling for someone who doesn’t make her happy. “I don’t want to get married just for the sake of it,” she emphasized. “I want a companion I can travel with, someone who understands me. If that doesn’t happen, I’m still happy with my life.”
The actress admitted that she used to believe that finding a partner would complete her. However, she’s since realized that this isn’t the case. “I used to think that I needed someone to make me whole, but that’s not true,” she said. “You can be complete on your own. I’ve learned to love myself and not wait for someone else to make me happy.”
As for her career, Dutta was last seen in the film “Dhaakad” alongside Kangana Ranaut and Arjun Rampal. Her upcoming project, “Nastik”, is currently in the works, where she’ll be starring alongside Arjun Rampal once again. Although the release date has not been announced yet, fans are eagerly awaiting her next appearance on the big screen.
