Actress Dipika Kakar has openly shared her diagnosis of liver cancer. She revealed her emotional journey in a recent video on her YouTube channel.
Despite receiving normal medical reports, Kakar stated she experiences daily fear, anxiety, and physical discomfort. She admitted to fluctuating emotions, feeling both hopeful and suddenly overwhelmed by fear.
Kakar detailed several daily struggles. These include changes in her thyroid levels and hormones, severe dry skin, and cracked hands. She also reported pressure in her ears and throat, along with nasal dryness.
Recording the video with her husband, Shoaib Ibrahim, Kakar emphasized her refusal to give up. She highlighted two choices: succumbing to fear or moving forward despite it. She affirmed her decision to continue fighting.
Kakar also extended a message of encouragement to others battling cancer. She urged them not to lose hope and to repeatedly reassure themselves that everything will be okay. She stressed the importance of complete faith in Allah.
Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim married on February 22, 2018. Their wedding took place in Maudaha, Uttar Pradesh. The couple has a two-year-old son named Ruhaan. They frequently share aspects of their personal lives with their fans, who are now sending prayers for Kakar’s swift recovery.
