Caixabank’s digital services, including its website and mobile app, have been experiencing technical difficulties, with users reporting issues accessing their accounts. The bank confirmed the problems through its official X account, stating that they had detected a problem that was causing slow operations and difficulties in access.

According to reports, the incident continued into the afternoon, with users unable to access their accounts or carry out any transactions.

ING Restores Online Banking Service

ING’s online banking service was also experiencing issues, with user reports beginning around 11:00 a.m. According to, a website that monitors website outages and crashes, the service was experiencing technical difficulties. However, ING’s online banking service began operating normally around 1:00 p.m.

Thousands of users reported that they were unable to access the app, with some commenting that they had received no response from the bank regarding the issue or when they could expect the service to return to normal.
