Diesel Up $0.02, Gasoline Down $0.02 Next Week

A new online portal in a European country is empowering consumers with real-time fuel price data, aiming to foster market competition ahead of minor projected price shifts for diesel and gasoline next week.

The “Fuel Prices Online Portal” was established to provide the public with direct access to current prices at various gas stations. It seeks to inform consumer choices and stimulate a more competitive retail fuel environment.

Beyond price listings, the platform offers details on station locations, operating hours, and available services. It also calculates and publishes daily average fuel prices across the country.

These transparency efforts come as local fuel markets anticipate minor price adjustments. Diesel prices are projected to increase by two cents per liter starting Monday.

Conversely, gasoline is expected to see a decrease of two cents per liter, also effective Monday.

Officials caution that these figures are indicative. Individual fuel brands and stations retain the autonomy to set their own prices.
