Bollywood actress Rani Mukherjee is happily married to Aditya Chopra and Abhishek Bachchan is married to Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. But before these dream weddings happened, Rani and Abhishek were dating. However, the movie Black ended the relationship.
Rani and Abhishek immediately clicked during Yuva’s recording. They also signed more movies together and the chemistry was evident on the big screen. That changed with the movie Black. This film received critical acclaim. Both Rani and Amitabh Bachchan were praised for their performances. But there was one thing that caught the most attention: the kiss between Rani and Big B.
The scene did not sit well with Abhishek. Jaya Bachchan was not in favor of that scene either. Abhishek was enraged when he saw Rani kissing his father and distanced himself from her. Rani did her best to convince Abhishek that it didn’t mean anything and it was just a scene from the movie. But Abhishek couldn’t get it out of his head. The two parted ways.
Because the couple no longer want to work together, YRF had to find a replacement for Abhishek last year for the sequel to Bunty Aur Babli. That has become Saif Ali Khan. Bunty Aur Babli 2 will hit theaters next month.
