Filmmakers behind the upcoming movie “120 Bahadur” have launched a special postal stamp. This initiative honors the bravery of soldiers from the Indian Army’s 13th Battalion, Kumaon Regiment. The film itself is based on the historic Battle of Rezang La.
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh unveiled the “My Stamp” during an event in New Delhi. Jitendra Gupta, Director General of Postal Services, also attended the launch.
Other notable attendees included actor-producer Farhan Akhtar and producer Ritesh Sidhwani. Director Rajneesh ‘Reji’ Ghai, Amit Chandra, and Arhan Bagati were also present.
Farhan Akhtar shared his gratitude on Instagram following the event. He expressed that there is no better way to honor the valor of martyred soldiers. He specifically thanked Defense Minister Rajnath Singh for his presence.
The film “120 Bahadur” is scheduled for release on November 21.
Rajneesh Ghai directed the feature. It was produced under the banners of Excel Entertainment and Trigger Happy Studios.
Farhan Akhtar portrays Major Shaitan Singh. Raashii Khanna stars opposite him as his wife, Shagun Kanwar.
