If it has been public knowledge for several months that Hugh Jackman will return as Wolverine for Deadpool 3, we were especially waiting to know how and why. Naturally, this raised the highest alert for speculation on the web. Does he mean a variant of Wolverine, which wouldn’t be surprising given how many variants have popped up in the MCU in recent years, or is he implying a completely different character?
