Hockey fans around the world just got some big news. DAZN announced a major deal this Friday. They will become the exclusive home for NHL.TV. This exciting change starts with the 2025/26 season. The agreement covers nearly 200 markets. This includes many countries, such as Portugal. All NHL games will stream live and on-demand. Fans can watch from the regular season right through to the Stanley Cup Playoffs and the Stanley Cup Final. This global deal only excludes a few places. These are the United States, Canada, and the Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden).
Watching games just got easier, too. NHL.TV on DAZN works on smart TVs, phones, computers, tablets, and game consoles. Current international NHL.TV subscribers don’t need to worry. They will get an email with a special link. This link lets them activate a new DAZN account. It comes at no extra cost. They will also keep their previous season’s price. New fans can sign up for NHL.TV on DAZN before October. This is when the season officially begins. They can get it as a stand-alone subscription. Or they can add it to their current DAZN plans.
Cool New Features for Fans
Hockey nights will have some fresh perks. You can watch up to four games at once with a “multiview” option. Fans can also pick their preferred broadcast. This means choosing either the home team or the away team perspective. Plus, most NHL.TV markets will get one free game each week.
NHL.TV joins a big family of sports on DAZN. The platform already offers NFL Game Pass for football fans. Golf lovers have the PGA Tour Pass. Rally.TV, EFL Game Pass, and Courtside 1891 from FIBA are also available. DAZN keeps growing its sports lineup.
