Darts World Cup 2022: Dates, calendar, schedules, matches, results, format and how to watch

The first and second round matches will be played to the best of five sets. The third and fourth round matches will be decided to the best of seven sets. Starting with the quarterfinal matches, the winner will be decided to the best of nine sets. The semi-final matches will decide the two finalists in best-of-11 sets. Finally, the grand final of the Darts World Cup will be decided on the best of 13 sets, in which it will be known who will be the new world champion.

Darts World Cup 2022 dates and times

The William Hill World Darts Championship by PDC will be held at the Alexandra Palace in London from December 15 to January 3, 2022, being one of the first competitions of the year to crown its new world champion.

The first and second round matches of the Darts World Cup will be played from December 15 to 23 in morning sessions (from 12:30 local time, 13:30 Spanish time) and afternoon (from 19:00 local time, 20 : 00 Spanish time) with the exception of December 15 and 20, which will only be competition in the afternoon session.

Favorites for the 2022 Darts World Cup

The Welshman Gerwyn Price, World Cup champion in 2021, starts as a big favorite to win his second title.
