The feud between former Pakistan national team captain Shahid Afridi and Danish spinner Kaneria is not taking its name from the end. Recently, in a television interview, Afridi, while responding to Kaneria’s accusations, called India an enemy country. To which the Danish Kaneria has responded on Twitter.

Danish Kaneria, responding to Afridi’s interview tweet, tweeted that ‘India is not our enemy. Our enemies are those who divide people in the name of religion. If you think India is our enemy then go no further than any Indian media channel. When I protested against the forced conversion, they threatened to ruin my career.

We reported that Kaneria had said in an interview that Shahid Afridi had pressured him to convert to the religion while playing for Pakistan.

Let us tell you that while responding to Danish’s accusations, Shahid Afridi had said that there is no truth in these accusations. He himself has thrown mud in the name of the country through rigging. Everybody knows about him. And if I was so bad, why didn’t he complain to the board at the time? He is now trying to stir up religious sentiments by giving interviews to an enemy country. It is giving an interview, which can provoke religious feelings.
