Daniil Medvedev falls and lashes out at camera in Cincinnati

On the occasion of the semi-final of the American Masters 1000, the Russian player got very angry with a camera he considered badly placed, before attacking the referee on this subject.

After winning the first set 6-2, Daniil Medvedev came out of his match due to an unusual play. He fell in the middle of the rally at the start of the second set due to a camera located in the baseline.

Taken with anger, the 25-year-old tennis player then kicked the camera, before having a muscular verbal exchange with the referee of the match.

“I almost broke my hand, take it off,” Medvedev hammered during his discussion with the match official, who simply replied that there was nothing he could do to change the location of the camera by match course.

In the end, Daniil Medvedev lost in the semi-final of the tournament against his Russian compatriot Andrey Rublev (2-6, 6-3, 6-3).
