Daniel Baquero is crowned champion for the third time in a row in Santo Domingo

Daniel Baquero wins again in Santo Domingo, this time the Trinitarian Tennis Cup.

The Dominican Baquero won the Hummingbird and Nightingale Cup, now the Trinitarian Cup, along with Great Britain’s Roy Keegan.

Baquero and Keegan win the J3 tournament in doubles, after beating Atakan Karahan, from Turkey, and Hoyoung Roh, from Korea, 7-6(7) 6-7(4) in a disputed match [10-8].

In the other final, but in the females there was a duel of Canadian tennis players.

Scarlett Nicholson [2] and Orly Ogilvy with sets of 5-7 6-1 [10-5]about the duet of Addison Yang Comiskey and Emma Dong.

This Saturday the singles finals will be played at 9 in the morning.

Tournament favorite Marko Mesarovic of the United States will play No. 2 Korean Hoyoung Roh.

While the favorite Olivia Lincer, from Poland against the second favorite, also from the same country, Monika Stankiewicz.

The U18 tournament gives 100 points to the winners, 60 to the finalists, while the semifinalists will take 35.

The two finals this Saturday will be played on the fields of Parque del Este, totally free for the public.
