The chain Ser of Spain reported that the events occurred on December 30 at the ‘Sutton’ nightclub in Barcelona when Alves inserted “his hand inside the underwear” of a young woman.

The complaint against Dani Alves occurred two days after the date of the alleged sexual assault, and is being prosecuted, in the investigation phase, according to the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC).
