Dance with the stars: Christian Millette reveals the reasons for his absence from the next edition

Season 11 of “Dancing with the Stars” will begin on September 17th. Absent from this edition, the dancer Christian Millette has just revealed that this decision was not his.

Like Katrina Patchett, retained by other projects, and Emmanuelle Berne, who leaves her place on the dance floor after the birth of her first child a few months ago, the Canadian – emblematic figure of the dance competition the previous seasons – will not be on TF1 and revealed to have been sidelined by the production, in a message published on Sunday on his Instagram account.

“Here is ! The holidays are coming to an end. And now is the time to break the news to you. I won’t be on Dancing with the Stars this year. (…) Today I must take a different direction and turn an important chapter in my life. It’s not my decision, but I accept what life brings in my path. After 8 years on DALS, I have experienced incredible moments in each season ”, we can read.

Christian Millette nonetheless remains confident for the future, and is already announcing “future projects” that he promises to share in the coming days with his fans. Without animosity, he took the opportunity to greet the teams of this new season of Dance with the stars. “I wish the best to all the new dancers and judges as well as to all my colleagues whom I adore for this season filled with new things,” he writes.
