The Taliban say the currency exchange market in Kabul has been reactivated.
Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said the bazaar, known as the Prince’s Inn, had reopened.
The Taliban have banned the taking of dollars and antiquities abroad.
It should be noted that after a two-week hiatus in Afghanistan, the world’s largest money transfer company Western Union has also resumed operations.
Today, the largest money changer at the Prince’s Palace in Kabul opened to the public and began operations.
