Brazil’s CS2 teams are having mixed fortunes at the IEM Melbourne 2025. paiN Gaming was knocked out after losing to Complexity, while MIBR managed to stay in the tournament by defeating SAW.
paiN Gaming’s match against Complexity didn’t go well. They lost 13-2 on Train and 13-6 on Anubis, sending them home early. The team’s coach, Henrique “rikz” Waku, was filling in for captain Rodrigo “biguzera” Bittencourt, who was sidelined due to health issues.

MIBR’s Close Call
MIBR was also in a tough spot but managed to turn things around against SAW. They won the first map, Anubis, 13-10. However, SAW fought back on Nuke, winning 13-5. MIBR then took the deciding map, Inferno, 13-10, to win the series 2-1.
