A classic anime is making an unexpected appearance in a modern action game. The original “Digimon Adventure” is teaming up with the MMO “Crystal of Atlan” for the game’s second major collaboration. The event aims to give players a dose of nostalgia mixed with a fresh experience.
Players will get to see some very familiar digital faces. The collaboration introduces limited-time pets and mounts straight from the Digital World. You’ll be able to explore the game’s world with Agumon and Tailmon by your side. For faster travel, you can ride on Garurumon and even MetalGarurumon. These special additions are only available for a limited time.
Digital Adventure Event
The main event, called “Digital Adventure,” runs from August 21 at 6:00 AM until September 17 at 6:00 AM, based on each server’s local time. To jump in, your character just needs to be at least level 10. During the event, you can face off against a powerful enemy from the Digimon series, Mugendramon.
Several activities are part of the collaboration. A daily login bonus, called the “Digital Assembly Order,” will give you items just for showing up. You can also use a special gacha to summon partners to fight with you. Using in-game stamina each day will also earn you free items through the “Digital Adventure Journey.” The special pets, Agumon and Tailmon, can be earned from event participation or the limited gacha, while the Garurumon mounts are available through the gacha.
Experience the Game in Person
“Crystal of Atlan” will also have a presence at the THAILAND INTERNATIONAL GAME SHOWCASE 2025 on August 23-24. Entry to the event is completely free. It will be held at Siam Paragon at Booth 12-1. Visitors can participate in four different activities: checking in with characters, trying a solo PVP challenge, helping a character named Glenn enhance weapons, and playing the game on-site.
By joining the activities, attendees can receive free game merchandise, including a mousepad, standee, badge, and a special enhancement-themed fan. In-game rewards will also be given out. The number of prizes is limited each day.
What Is Crystal of Atlan?
“Crystal of Atlan” is an MMO action RPG set in a “Magicpunk” world, where magic and technology blend together. Players explore the continent of Atlan, uncover secrets of ancient ruins, and battle powerful groups to bring peace to the land. The game is built around playing with others, focusing on cooperative dungeons and social features.
The game is also getting a new character in September. Described as a mysterious assassin, this new addition will bring a new fighting style to the continent of Atlan.

- Free Classes: Players can access all character classes without needing to use a gacha system. Each class has over 20 unique skills for creating custom playstyles.
- Deep Combo System: You can chain up to 12 skills together, mixing eight basic skills, two finishing moves, and normal attacks for stylish combat.
- Fast 3D Action: The combat system includes dynamic camera angles, aerial combos, and quick-paced battles.
- Team-Based Dungeons: You can team up for story missions, explore the Void Realm, or participate in large 8-player HexChess battles that require strategy.
- Skill-Based PvP: The 1v1 and 3v3 player-versus-player modes are balanced so that player skill, not just character stats, determines the winner.
