Aryan Khan, son of actor Shahrukh Khan, who is caught up in the drug case, is in the custody of the Office of Narcotics Control until October 7. His lawyer Satish Manshinde is trying to get Aryan’s bail as soon as possible. Today the matter is to be heard again. In such a situation, the question arises whether he will be able to get Aryan’s bail or not.

NCB argued in court that Aryan Khan’s WhatsApp chat revealed that he was also in contact with foreign drug traffickers. The NCB told the court that he had used drugs even while studying at the University of Southern California, USA Therefore, it is necessary to investigate this drug case from an international angle as well. Ultimately, the court sent Aryan Khan and seven other defendants into NCB custody until October 7.

Aryan Khan’s attorney, Satish Mane Shinde, argued in court that the NCB has not received drugs from Aryan Khan nor has there been evidence that Aryan Khan used drugs. Shinde told the court that the organizers invited Aryan Khan as a guest. Shinde said that Aryan did not have a valid ticket or a boarding pass. Other than this, NCB has also been unable to prove that drugs were found on Aryan. In such a situation, custody of Aryan cannot be justified. Satish Maneshinde referred to several previous orders at court. Shinde said a Supreme Court ruling says that WhatsApp chat cannot be used to convict any defendant. He said that even in non-bail drug cases, the Supreme Court has set bail. In such a situation, Shinde has said that a defendant cannot be found guilty because he has confessed some things while using WhatsApp chat.

Apart from this, Satish Mane Shinde said in front of the court that all sections imposed by NCB on Aryan Khan are sections on bail. In such a situation, custody of Aryan Khan is not necessary. Satish Maneshinde said NCB has no evidence that Aryan Khan bought or sold drugs. In such a situation, they cannot be processed under the NDPS sections.
