Cristian Javier will face an unknown lineup in the opening of the World Series

Dominican pitcher Cristian Javier designated by Dusty Baker to take the mound for the Houston Astros in Game 4 of the World Series will face an almost entirely unknown lineup of the Philadelphia Phillies, who lead 2-1 after of the first three games.

The game will start at 8:03 p.m. Philadelphia is undefeated at home in six games.

Javier has only faced leadoff hitter and NL home run leader Kyle Schwarber and former Angeleno Brandon Marsh in his career.

Schwarber is 0-2 with a strikeout off Javier.

Marsh is 7-for-4 against him (.571) for batting average.

Javier is coming off a victory in the Championship Series against the New York Yankees, pitching five and a third innings with five strikeouts.

Rob Thompson’s lineup with the Philadelphia Phillies is as follows:

1-Kyle Schwarber, in the left meadow; two-Rhys Hoskins, in the initial; 3-JT Realmuto, catcher; 4-Bryce Harper, Designated; 5-Nick Castellanos, right fielder; 6-alec bohm, third baseman; 7-Bryson Stott, shortstop; 8-Jean Segura, second baseman; 9-Brandon Marshcentral patrol.

The Astros have changes to their starting lineup for tonight’s game. They include Puerto Rican Cristian Vásquez at catcher and outfielder Aledmys Díaz in left field. Yordan Álvarez will come out as designated hitter and third at the post.

AstroBoy Jeremy Peña, winner of the gold glove at short stops in the American League, will remain as the second batter.

While manager Dusty Baker will leave with practically the same line up that has catapulted him to seven wins and this is the next one, 1-Jose Altuve, second baseman; two-Jeremy Pena, shortstop; 3-Jordan Alvarez, Left gardener; 4-alex bregman, third baseman; 5-Kyle Tucker, right fielder; 6-yuli gurriel, starter; 7- Cristián Vásquez, catcher; 8- Aledmys Díaz, left patrolman and 9-Chas McCormick, as centerfield.
