Rescue Efforts Underway After Man Falls from Ravine

A 37-year-old man was rushed to the hospital with severe multiple trauma after accidentally falling from a ravine in the Piedra Alta area, located on the Costanera Sur.

Incident Details

According to medical and police sources, the incident occurred at approximately 1:30 on Saturday. The man was accompanied by his 42-year-old partner at the time of the accident.

The man lost his footing and fell from a significant height among the stones along the Uruguay River. Due to the severity of his injuries, he was unable to free himself from the situation.

Emergency Response

Police and fire personnel quickly responded to the scene to rescue the man. After a successful rescue operation, he was transported to the emergency room at the hospital, where he was diagnosed with severe multiple trauma.
