Hospitalizations in intensive care departments, which treat the most serious cases, also continue to rise, with 1,852 patients (1,837 on Saturday, 1,831 on Friday), of which 73 in 24 hours.

44 people have succumbed to Covid-19 in hospitals in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of victims of this epidemic in France to 112,702 deaths, including 86,161 in the hospital.

As of Friday, August 13, 46,109,683 people had received at least one injection, or almost 68.4% of the total population, and 38,800,712 people had a complete vaccination schedule, or almost 57.5% of the total population. 68.2% of the adult population is fully vaccinated.
