The Los Angeles Dodgers opted for another starter for Game 5 of the National League Division Series against the San Francisco Giants on Thursday.
Instead of Mexican left-hander Julio César Urías, who had 20 wins this season, the Los Angeles club will turn to right-hander Corey Knebel for the life or death match against his eternal rivals.
This change of plan would simply be part of the Dodgers’ strategy, with Urías likely entering a few episodes after Knebel.
The right-hander started against San Francisco on September 3 and pitched two scoreless innings.
