Coosur Betis finalizes the signing of guard Travis Leslie

The Coosur Real Betis, bottom of the Endesa ACB League, negotiates the incorporation until the end of the season of the American guard Travis Leslie, which in recent months has acted in the Puerto Rican Ponce Lions, as reported this Monday to EFE sources of the operation.

The player himself published a story a few hours ago on his Instagram profile in which he wrote a laconic, but significant, “Seville Spain”.

Travis Leslie, 1.93 meters tall and 31 years old, is a basketball globetrotter trained at the University of Georgia who played a dozen games for the Los Angeles Clippers in the 2011-12 season, of the NBA, before starting a career that has led him to play in Australia, Germany, Lithuania and, above all, France.

The future Betic player has a long experience in the French championship, having played in some of its most prestigious clubs, such as Nanterre, Pau Orthez and Asvel Villeurbanne, as well as in Levallois, Boulazac and Champagne Chalons Reims, in which last season he averaged 14.4 points, 4.4 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game.

The arrival of Leslie will make up for the recent departure of Trinidadian guard Khadeen Carrington, who disbanded on November 16 to sign for French JDA Dijon, and will occupy the foreigner card recently released by point guard Shannon Evans., who has just received his Equatorial Guinean passport that certifies him as a player attached to the Cotonou Agreement.
